An Exhibition of Polish Memorabilia from the Royal Collection


The final event of the royal programme for 7 March 1941, which saw the King and Queen visiting Polish troops in Scotland, was the march-past in the town of Forfar. In this photograph King George VI and Queen Elizabeth stand beside General Sikorski, Commander-in-Chief of the Polish forces as well as Prime Minister of the Polish Government-in-Exile
