Gift Aid terms and conditions
1. This gift aid claim is intended for use by individual UK taxpayers.
2. You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that Queen Elizabeth's Charitable Trust (Charity Number 1059721) will reclaim on this donation.
3. If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your Self Assessment tax return.
4. Please note this must be a personal donation to qualify for tax relief.
