BUCKINGHAM PALACE
State Rooms, Summer Opening

The State Rooms will be open between 5th August and 29th September, 2002 from 09.30 to 4.30 every day (last admission at 4.15 pm). Buckingham Palace operates a time-ticket system, with admission every 15 minutes throughout the day.
Admission prices:
Adult £11.50 Over 60 £9.50 Under 17 £6.00 Under 5 free Family £29.00 (2 adults, 2 children under 17)
Buying a ticket in advance: Book online or telephone (+44) (0) 7321 2233 or for Group credit card bookings, (+44) (0) 7799 2331. A booking fee of £1.00 per ticket applies. All major credit cards accepted.
Buying a ticket on the day: Tickets may be purchased from the Ticket Office at Canada Gate in Green Park, open 9 am to 4 pm, from late July to the end of September.
The Queen's Gallery
Closure: The Queen's Gallery has now closed for major remodelling and extension and will reopen in May 2002.
The Royal Mews
From 30th March, 2002, the Mews will be open every day (but see below) from 11.00 am to 4 pm (last admission 3.15 pm).
Closures 2002
The Royal Mews will be closed to the public on the following days after 31st May 2002:
1st June 4th June 8th June 15th June
N.B. There will be a reduced number of horses and carriages during Royal Ascot week (17-23 June 2002). There will also be a reduced number of horses and carriages, including the Gold State Coach, during the period of the Windsor Horse Show (13-19 May 2002).
Guard Mounting
Guard Mounting will take place on the following days (there will be NO Guard Mounting in very wet weather):

THE PALACE OF HOLYROODHOUSE, EDINBURGH

Ticket prices: Adults £6.50, over 60's £5.00, children under 17 £3.30. Family ticket (two adults and two children) £16.30, under 5s free.
WINDSOR CASTLE
Opening times:
Monday - Saturday: Precincts, State Apartments, Semi State Rooms, Queen Mary's Dolls' House, St. George's Chapel and the Albert Memorial Chapel, but see CLOSURE DATES.
Sundays: Precincts, State Apartments, Semi State Rooms and Queen Mary's Dolls' House.
Opening Hours
Daily: 9:45 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. Last admission at 3:00 p.m. Daily: 9:45 a.m. until 5:15 p.m. Last admission at 4:00 p.m. during April.
Opening times for Windsor Castle are subject to change at short notice.
St George's Chapel is closed every Sunday except to Worshippers.

Sandringham Visitor Centre is open throughout the year: Wednesday to Sunday inclusive from 10:30 to 4:30 p.m.
