Summer jobs at Buckingham Palace

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

All of the roles that are available during the Summer Opening of the State Rooms operate on a rota basis.  This means that all members of staff need to be fully flexible about which days per week they are able to work, although they are able to choose to work part time (any three or four days out of seven) or full time (any five days out of seven).  Royal Collection Enterprises Limited understands that full flexibility regarding days worked may not be possible for all applicants.  In cases where applicants are not fully flexible a decision will be made on a case by case basis about whether an individual's situation can be accommodated in line with the needs of the organisation.

Applications are welcomed by Royal Collection Enterprises Limited from people of all nationalities.  Any offer of employment with Royal Collection Enterprises Limited will be subject to the prospective employee having the right legally to work in the UK for the full period of their contract.  Due to the volume of staff being employed for the Summer Opening of the State Rooms, Royal Collection Enterprises Limited is unable to assist any prospective employee in their application for the right legally to work in the UK.

Due to the length of time that it takes to fully reference and security clear every member of staff for the Summer Opening of the State Rooms it is important that all members of staff are able to work for the full period of the contract.
