Ticket Sales and Information Assistants are primarily based in the busy contact centre at Buckingham Palace, but will also work at a number of ticket counters. The team are responsible for admissions to all the official residences of The Queen.

As a Ticket Sales and Information Assistant you will:
- provide a first class information and booking service via telephone in our contact centre, internet and face-to-face counter sales
- Be the first point of contact for our visitors and ensure they receive a warm welcome
- Maximise sales of tickets and souvenir guidebooks
- Encourage participation in the Gift Aid scheme

Some staff are provided with the opportunity to work at Windsor Castle and, occasionally, at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh.
