We operate a number of shops at Buckingham Palace, including a large temporary shop in the garden and guidebook points during the summer season. These shops sell a range of luxury giftware and merchandise inspired by items in the Royal Collection.

As a Retail Assistant you will:
- engage customers and provide first-rate service
- have excellent product knowledge in order to offer help and advice
- maximise sales by pro-actively interacting with customers
- assist with merchandising and replenishment
- serve at the till points, handling cash and processing payments
