When media facilities are provided for foreign media during Royal engagements in the UK, they are not part of the Royal Rota.
Foreign media who want to cover major Royal ceremonial occasions should contact their umbrella organisation, such as the Foreign Press Association or the European Broadcasting Union, in the first instance.
Media facilities provided for foreign media at such occasions are arranged through the FPA, EBU, CPU and AACL, acting on their behalf in consultation with Buckingham Palace Press Office.
